Privacy notice

Last updated: 16 October 2026. This notice explains what Keelson collects through this website and what we do with it, as required by the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

Who we are

Keelson is a Cape Town business operated by Greyline (Pty) Ltd. Our information officer is Matt Jacobson, our founder. You can reach us by email or WhatsApp.

What we collect

When you book a free call we collect your name, business name, WhatsApp number, email address, how you'd like to meet and anything you choose to write in the note. We use it only to arrange and hold the call and to contact you about it. You give consent by ticking the box on the booking form.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without identifying you. We don't use advertising trackers.

The calculators and demos

The savings dial, the self-check and the demos on this site run entirely in your browser. Nothing you enter in them is sent to us or stored.

Where it's stored and for how long

Booking details are stored on Cloudflare's servers, which may be outside South Africa, and emailed to our inbox. We keep them for 12 months, or longer if you become a client, after which we delete them.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing or WhatsApping us. If you're unhappy with how we've handled it, you can complain to the Information Regulator (South Africa) at inforegulator.org.za.
