It doesn't. The quote is fixed once you've signed the spec. If you ask for something new along the way, we quote that separately before we start on it.
That's what the survey checks. If something can't connect safely, we'll tell you before you've paid for a build.
Your first month of Watch is included, so we're keeping an eye on it either way. After that you can carry on with Watch or stop. Everything stays yours.
